چکیده
Abstract UV/Vis absorption spectroelectrochemistry is a very promising analytical technique due to the complementary information that simultaneously obtained from electrochemistry and spectroscopy. In this work, used in parallel configuration study oxidation of folic acid alkaline medium. Herein, has been detect both products consumed at electrode/solution interface, allowing us develop an protocol quantify vitamin B9 pharmaceutical tablets. Linear ranges three orders magnitude have achieved basic medium (pH = 12.9), obtaining high repeatability low detection limits. The spectroelectrochemical determination tablets pH values particularly interesting because changes occur optical signal during electrochemical FA, providing results with good figures merit demonstrating utility versatility hyphenated technique, spectroelectrochemistry.

Introduction: This contribution explores the mapping of spectral parameters of lunar features using the Clementine UVVIS+NIR data set covering the wavelength range between 415 and 2000 nm [1]. The extracted spectral features are the minimum and depth of the principal absorption trough near 1000 nm and the corresponding values of secondary absorption features present at higher wavelengths, as we...

1. Pteroylmonoglutamic acid (PteGlu) absorption has been measured by using the technique of small-intestinal perfusion with tritiated PteGlu in normal subjects and in patients with coeliac disease. 2. At similar intrajejunal pH, patients with untreated coeliac disease have significantly less PTEGlu than normal subjects and patients with treated coeliac disease. 3. The "resting" pH in the jejunu...

given 30 minutes after an injection of 15 mg of non-radioactive FA. The urinary excretion of 3H-FA was estimated in following 24 hours. In some cases the fecal excretion of 3H-FA was meas ured for successive four days. 3. The urinary excretion of 3H-FA in eleven normal subjects ranged from 37.6 to 57.9 per cent of the oral dose, with a mean of 48.4 per cent and a standard deviation of 7.4 per c...

متن کاملFolic Acid
Introduction Folic acid, also known generically as folate or folacin, is a member of the B-complex family of vitamins, and works in concert with vitamin B12. Folic acid functions primarily as a methyl-group donor involved in many important body processes, including DNA synthesis. Therapeutically, folic acid is instrumental in reducing homocysteine levels and the occurrence of neural tube defect...
